These guys are the best. I am going to be moving and I wanted to make sure everything was in tip-top shape for the new owners. They cleaned and tested everything and explained every step to me as they went along and provided a full report. They were friendly, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely use them at my new house as well.

Recently I had an ignitor and a control box issue and I want to thank Parker, Jim and Jose for their exceptional service and knowledge regarding my furnace. All of you are friendly, answered all my questions and respected my property. I also gave 5 stars to the company itself for being available 24/7 and during the holiday season when my furnace decided that was the time to act up. You were readily available and took my call at 4am and I received service right away. I will continue to call Sunbeam for any service or repairs necessary as it has been a great experience thus far.

Called this company on 2/21/25 for a simple thermocouple replacement. The technician and the one of the owners showed up. The technician then proceeded to strip the threads on my old thermocouple and breaks my pilot gas line. They then tell me I need a whole new pilot assembly which was quoted at almost $500. They wanted almost $400 for just the thermocouple. The technician then calls his “warehouse” asking for the new part which they do not even carry. They don’t carry parts for my boiler apparently they have to be ordered. The tech then leaves my broken pilot gas line and the thermocouple he damaged on the floor next to my boiler and leaves me with no heat no call back and an even bigger problem. Stay far away from this company they are a scam and completely uneducated in the trade. To the owners: I want my diagnostic fee back immediately! It was over $100 for your company and your tech to break my boiler even more and leave me with no heat and not even a call back. You should be ashamed of yourself! ! I will be calling you on 2/24/25 to make a formal complaint and receive my refund! Disgusting!

Sunbeam came right in and fix my problem immediately and I have heat again. The service technician explained everything and was absolutely kind and did his job extremely well. I can go to sleep without any worries.Thank you Sunbeam. I love you guys.

I have been impressed with sunbeam since they installed my new furnace a few years ago. Their associate are always polite and when they come for the annual maintenance they are always friendly and timely. I highly recommend them.

Hunter and the crew just installed a new furnace and AC unit today. They were prompt and on time, courteous, professional and friendly. They removed and replaced the units way faster than I had thought and they cleaned up after themselves . Very happy with the service and would recommend. Thank you Sunbeam. I rated based on my service received, not on the equipment. I'm sure any problems I have with the equipment, Sunbeam and the manufacturer will take of me if it's under warranty.
